Students were provided with information about the history of Veteran's Day. Recognitions for perfect attendance, honorable actions, and Personal Achievement Winners were given. The presentation challenged students to develop personal values, goals, and dedication similar to our American Soldier Heroes in order to become classroom heroes. The Student Council also demonstrated a flag folding ceremony.
Student activities are experienced over and over again through the school days memories blog. The excitement of the day is captured and posted for students and parents to re-experience at a later date.
